These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
[COMPANY NAME] is a company registered in England and Wales, trading from 148 Percival Rd, Enfield EN1 1QU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@primexprint.co.uk or 020 3468 5999 with any questions about your order.
2. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, this constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email or by displaying an order confirmation on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, priced in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider, Stripe. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and will contact you before processing your order if a price has changed.
4. Artwork & Print-Ready Files
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or files you supply are accurate, complete, and print-ready, including correct spelling, layout, bleed, and resolution. While our team reviews artwork for print-readiness where possible, we are not responsible for content, spelling, or design errors contained within artwork supplied by you. If we identify a technical issue with your file, we will contact you before proceeding to print.
5. Turnaround & Delivery
Estimated turnaround and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please see our Delivery Help page for further information.
6. Your Right to Cancel & Bespoke Goods
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, because the majority of our products are printed to your own specification or personalised artwork, they are classed as bespoke or personalised goods, and are therefore exempt from the standard right to cancel once production has begun. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
7. Quality & Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All goods are provided with reasonable care and skill, and must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match your approved artwork due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will offer a reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
